Jones Bros. is currently operating two asphalt plants in connection with its projects across the state of Tennessee.  But versatility and hard work are the secrets to success in this hot, demanding and competitive business.

Asphalt paving is no different from anything else we do in that management can make or break a project.  Although paving a road may seem routine (we do it everyday), each job is different from the one before and presents its own challenges.
